Polyvore vs. Photoshop

Copied from my old blog:

Hey critters!

Just recently I discovered the wonderful world of Polyvore. Before the finding of this amazing website that allows you to make clickable and linkable and just plain awesome "mood boards" I had been using photoshop. Now, to be completely honest with you, I am a little upset--you see, photoshop is hard, yet it is super customizable while polyvore is easy but you can ALMOST do just as much. The reason that I am a little peeved is because I have been taking all of this time to learn and use photoshop when there was something super quick and easy available to me for free all along.
Okay, okay, so I guess it was probably good for me to have learned how to do some basic things on photoshop before hand; however, I just really don't want to give up on it. I feel like using polyvore is kind of like cheating. Do you guys understand me? Now, don't get me wrong, I love this polyvore site, but I just don't know what to do. I really need your feedback.
Do you think that it is cheating for me to use a site like polyvore? Do you like the photoshopped collages and mood boards better? When is it appropriate to use polyvore over photoshop and vise versa?
I really appreciate your feedback and support in advance.

BTW, to see a post that uses photoshop click here, and to see a post that uses polyvore click here.

I love you all! Peace OUT
