I took a week off. I didn't blog, I didn't stress about social media, and I just spent some time to myself. Creating a balance between your personal life and your work life is so essential in having a healthy lifestyle. Finding out when you need a break and when you need to take your mind off of things will help you life a happier life.
Let me be honest, blogging isn't a job for me. It never has been. And I don't make any money by writing posts every week. But sometimes this hobby starts to feel like work, and at times like that I just have to remind myself that this is a HOBBY!! I do it because I enjoy it, and as soon as it starts not being fun, I need to take a break.
I love sharing my tips and tricks about social media, blogging, and living your life online, I really like blogging about books I read and journaling things I learn about, and I most especially love blogging about bloggers and meeting new people. And whenever I take a break from blogging, I have to think about the reason that I love what I'm doing. Keeping myself happy and positive always makes me want to come back and write my heart out again.
So, lately I've been doing a lot of soul searching, which is by no means a bad thing. I'm constantly growing, changing, and learning, thus, figuring out new things about myself and my goals is what really matters.
After my little week long hiatus, I am now inspired and ready to dish out loads of posts for you all to read. I really hope that you like the content I've been bringing, and I hope that you all are inspired and ready to read more!
