Yay!! Let's make some goals. The year is almost over, but it's not too late to finish off with some great month goals. I also need to reflect on my goals that I made for the entire year--so much has changed, and I'm not sure I stuck to a good goals plan. There's always next year.
What you might have missed last month:
Normally I would put my previous blog posts here, but as you know, I didn't blog much these past few months. I've been getting back in to it in the last week, so make sure you scroll through my feed and check out some of my new stuff.
This month I am going to focus on things that make me happy and things that I can do to make sure that I stay happy and healthy. Keeping the house clean and organized will definitely be top on my list because that's what keeps me stress free. Journaling also clears my mind. And I also want to start working out and eating healthy again.
+ journal every night
+ keep up with laundry
+ only eat out once a week
+ pick-up the house consistently
+ start working out again
