Here's a recap of our week: Monday was free ice cream day from Dairy Queen, so we took full advantage of that. Skye even got her own ice cream, which she enjoyed. Wednesday was spent with an awesome Wine Wednesday, even though I drank way too much. On Friday Trevor gave blood and we went on a date night to watch the movie Get Out. After the movie we went home and I fell asleep, while Trevor waited for a surprise to come.
Early Saturday morning, my family came over from Indiana to visit! This was a complete surprise to me--even though it seemed the rest of the family had been planning this for about a week. The rest of the weekend was spent with my family. We enjoyed a movie, board games, home made hamburgers (none for me of course) and buffalo wings (also none for me, but that's okay because Trevor has been wanting to learn my dad's recipe), played soccer and softball, and went shopping. All together, it was a great weekend with family and we can't wait to do it again next time we're all together.
