None of these recipes are mine and none of them were created by me. These recipes are simply amazing and tasty looking waters that I've found in Google, on Pinterest, or through Tumblr. I have all appropriate links within the text and have given credit as due.
I'm terrible at keeping myself hydrated. And I hope that these amazing waters really inspire me, as well as you, to jump start your healthy life. I've heard that if you just stock up your fridge with 5 or so water bottles at a time and keep them fresh and cold, then you will be more likely to drink. Let's give it a go!
1. Slim Down Detox. This water is one of Skinny Mom's own personal creations! She says, "Cucumbers are natural diuretics and will help your body release water. Lemons and limes loosen toxins in your digestive tract and will aid in digestion. Grapefruits are high in enzymes that burn fat." This detox is perfect to jumpstart your metabolism and cleanse your body, and they recommend trying to drink at least a half gallon for 3-5 days! Click here for the full recipe.
2. Watermelon and Mint Water.
Adding fruit to any water can basically make it so much better for you--plus, even more delicious! I like it when my water just has a hint of fruity taste, and whether you're trying to get rid of the bad toxins or just give up some soda this minty water seems really tasty me! Check out the recipe here.
3. Blood Orange Detox Water.
On my bloglovin' feed blood orange recipes have been all the rage! Personally, I've never had one, but I'm dying to try this interesting fruit. This water has a smidgen of mint in it as well which really makes me feel fresh and clean. Kojo Designs was where I found this amazing drink recipe.
